AWOOF, Nigerians Scramble To Reserve Ntel Numbers
Nigerians have responded enthusiastically to the number reservation campaign which was announced by ntel, Nigeria’s advanced 4G/LTE network operator on Tuesday 8, March 2015.
Under the terms of campaign, the first batch of subscribers (hundreds of thousands) to reserve their numbers on the network, and subsequently SIM-activate after launch, will be recognized as Pioneers on Nigeria’s newest mobile network marking them out as among the first to reap the company’s promise of abundant broadband on it’s pure-play Advanced 4G/LTE network.

Picture Of The Day: Okada Rider Carries Six Pupils Of State Primary School Agege On One Bike
The children above are pupils of State Primary School Oyewole, Agege. The relationship between these kids and the pictured Okada rider is unknown.
With all the laws banning Okada riding in Lagos, this rider still risked the lives of six kids. Our correspondent managed to take the pictures after some threats. He however pictured all the faces of the kids. We just hope that the Education department will get to do something about pupils getting endangered like this. See more pictures after the cut..

Oh Dear! More Troubles For Lekki Gardens As Ambode Orders Occupants Of All Their Buildings To Evacuate
Akinwunmi Ambode, the Lagos State Governor has ordered occupants in all houses built by Lekki Gardens to vacate their apartments in order for integrity test to be carried out on all the buildings to ascertain their safety.
The governor, who visited the scene of the five-storey collapsed building which killed 34 people in Lekki was displeased with what he saw and ordered the immediate action.
